If you purchased a Van Insurance policy after 11th September 2024, or it is set to renew after 11th October 2024, you can log into the new My Account portal.
- Head to the My Account page and select 'Log in to My Account'
- Enter your email address/username and password
- Select 'Log In'
If all of your details are correct, you will be taken to your ‘Policy Overview’ page where you can view and manage your policies. If you haven't done so already, you can register.
If you’re not able to register for My Account, you can still access your documents online in the existing customer portal. Just log in, and in the 'My Policies' screen, select 'Options' on the policy you need to upload documents for. (Autonet – delete for other brands)
