We accept the following documents, providing they are dated within the last two years:
• A No Claims Bonus letter or email from your previous insurer
• A renewal notice (must include a policy number)
• A cancellation letter from your last policy
These documents should display:
• The number of No Claims Bonus years
• Your name
• Details of your previous insurer
• Date of issue
If you have a Van Insurance policy that you purchased after 11th September 2024 or is set to renew after 11th October 2024, you can upload these documents quickly and conveniently 24/7 using My Account.
If you’re not able to register for My Account, you can still upload your documents online in the existing customer portal. Just log in, and in the 'My Policies' screen, select 'Options' on the policy you need to upload documents for.
