No problem, If you purchased your car policy after 24th November 2023, or it is set to renew after 23rd December 2023, you can change your Cover and use of vehicle online in My Account
- Log in to your account
- Select 'Manage Policy'
- Scroll to 'Van Use' and select the 'Make a Change' button
- Choose the date you would like to make the change from (which you can do up to 30 days in advance)
- Select 'Change van usage' from the drop down list and 'Confirm' to proceed
- Make the relevant changes (if you need to make any further changes select 'Make Further Changes')
- Select 'Confirm and Get Quote' and you will be taken to the confirmation screen to make payment and/or confirm your changes
If you are not eligible for the portal and need to make a change, please contact us
