If your car policy started before 24th November 2023 or renewed before 23rd December 2023 and you haven’t registered for My Account already, then check the information that you have entered.
Check that you are entering the correct details in the 'Policy Number' field as this is the most common reason for the error message (your Policy Number can be found on your confirmation letter or email).
