If you have a van insurance policy that you purchased after 11th September 2024 or is set to renew after 11th October 2024 and haven’t registered for My Account already, then check the information that you have entered.
Check that you are entering the correct details in the 'Policy Number' field as this is the most common reason for the error message (your Policy Number can be found on your confirmation letter or email).
